Brexten's Baptism May 2012
Hi! The Thomas Family is alive and doing well. I just got around to figuring out what the heck went wrong with my blog page. We are fortunate enough to be happily settling in to our new home in Colorado. Brexten was baptized in May 2012, and this is one of our most recent family photos. I now have an 8 year old and it makes me feel like I have ventured into the "seasoned" mom stage of my life. Kembrie is 5 and going into Kindergarten this fall...she can hardly wait until she gets to go to school. Taylee will be 2 in a few weeks...Yes some of you may be shocked that I have neglected to ever post or introduce our little tornado, but hopefully I can keep my updates more consistant once I figure this new blog layout. More to come soon...Jen

We wish you a Merry Christmas!
She must have been a good girl because that is exactly what she got.
She loves to play with things that have little pieces, and trust me this
palace has plenty of little people, little food, little chairs, little horses, etc.
Among the favorite was the Nerf turbo blaster for Brexten.
I actually was a little nervous for too much rough housing,
but Brexten is pretty good to shoot the target he also got.
It's Bryan who likes to get carried away with other people.
Kembrie, Brexten and cousin Abbie.
as you can tell, but Brexten and Kembrie didn't mind.
Our annual pose in front of the Christmas tree.
the cutest Gingerbread House with the kids while Mom & Dad
went out to our own Christmas Party with friends.
I think they did a great job! Although we did complain of bellyaches
from too much eating of the decorations.

Winter Wonderland
to build a fabulous snowman that was even taller
than Brexten and Kembrie.
Bryan did a great job helping the kids roll the snow into huge balls
while I was creative enough to find whoppers, M&M's, a hat and scarf, and a real carrot nose.

Happy Halloween
What a warm Halloween we had this year. It was so great that the kids didn't have to cover their costumes with coats like always. You could actually see how scary our Bumblebee transformer was, and how lovely our sweet Cinderella looked. Bryan had a great time taking them around our neighboorhood and I loved carving pumpkins with them this year.

I love cousins, they love me, We are a Happy Family
Wow what cute kids the Thomas clan has. My kids always love playing
with their cousins. Brexten wants Ethan to come over to
our house about once a month and I am constantly explaining
why he can't because he lives in Arizona.
So when he comes to town, we make sure they get together
and have some buddy time, since they are completely
outnumbered with girls. Kenadee and Brexten Love to
play together, just the other day they were at Grandma Debbie's
and of course got her to take them up to the Clearfield
High track to race. However, since Brexten is just a wee bit
competitive and Kenadee won the race, he said that next time
she has to wear flip-flops. Although it would be ideal for KJ
to play with Morgie who is only 1 year younger,
she seems to try and keep up with the bigger kids.
They really do love their cousins.

We Play-Coach Soccer.
Brexten is thrilled to be a star player on the
Green Giants team. Coached by none other than
his super sports enthusiast DAD!!
intently to Coach Thomas' directions. Well at least some of them
are listening. Now the question of each game is
"Which goal is ours?"
The Green Giants were often known to score an extra
goal or two for the other team and actually cheer for them too.
What great team spirit! They really were adorable to watch.
I even chimed in and coached my very own game one Saturday
when Bryan had to miss out and work.

My What a Lovely Gown!
.jpg)
For the past 3 months we have been discussing her birthday
party and she really wanted to have a Cinderella party.
We sure did dress up, and so did everyone else.
Yes, and we did have a transformer at our Princess party.
That's what you get when your party is a few weeks before
halloween.

I made her a special little Cinderella doll cake that was
only big enough to feed the birthday princess.
I tried to match her dress the best I could, and I was quite proud that
after 5 years I can still pull off a cute cake (in less than 3 hours too).
Everyone else got pink sprinkle cupcakes.
